Description
Our speaker for this event will be Richard Laing, a professor at the School of Architecture and Built Environment, Northumbria University. He has worked in teaching and research for over 25 years with his research focussed on the connected themes of collaboration and participation within the design of urban spaces. His presentation will describe how our towns and cities have been changing in recent years at an unprecedented speed, driven by rapid shifts in the way we shop work and socialise.
