Description
Blended delivery in Quantity surveying degree apprenticeship (QSDA) programmes ia fast gaining traction in the United Kingdom as they seek to provide flexibility that meet the needs of apprentices. To improve the performances and success rates of apprentices on these programmes, effective employer collaborations in the design and delivery of learning is required. This presentation reports on a study funded by the ETF and AWD to investigate and develop a COMEL framework for promoting employer engagement in the design and delivery of learning in QSDA programmes.
