The presentation focuses on shifting from forming with living materials to closely observing how form emerges through MICP, where microbial activity, fluid flow, chemistry and containment co-produce material outcomes. Rather than treating MICP as a technique to achieve predefined shapes, the work positions it as a formation process in which form is read, interpreted and negotiated as an expression of living mineralisation.
