Invited peer-review of study's technical content.'This study was commissioned by UNEP Europe Office, in partnership with Environment Engineering Group, within the project “Environment, Health and Pollution”. The assignment provides the analysis of key challenges in municipal waste management and air quality facing Serbia and lays out recommendations for addressing the identified challenges in order to minimize the harmful impact of current waste disposal practices and provide timely information to potentially vulnerable populations in the event of a fire outbreak.'
