Commercial and residential case law update This session explored recent case law developments affecting both commercial and residential property. Topics considered included adverse possession, misrepresentation, a revisit of the Etridge principles, and actual occupation. The session also cover conditional contracts, and boundary agreements. Additional areas of focus included landlord’s insurance commission, occupation under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, and the discharge of restrictive covenants.
