Description

INNOVATEUK KTN Health Ageing - Invited presentation series, to 40+ start-up businesses. Presentation to make the case for Design-led Innovation in the development of products, services and systems aimed at older adults. Followed by a 2-hr opt-in Masterclass for those businesses looking to learn more about developing a Design Capability in their business/enterprise.

The presentation makes the case for Design as the investigative process, which uncovers and frames value for the business.
The following Masterclass challenges business-owners to explore a wider set of elements-of-value, which bridge into emotional and wellbeing needs far beyond function. Case studies provide the evidence for a design-led process and key capabilities for three Innovation Strategies are shared.

All businesses included in the programme have completed a vetting and selection process led by InnovateUK's KTN Healthy Ageing and are recognised as having high growth potential.
