A service evaluation exploring staff wellbeing across community CAMHS teams in TEWV. Building on a staff well-being project which was conducted within South Durham CAMHS MHST, GHT and GMHT, this project aims to collect views from community CAMHS staff members across TEWV. This project aims to explore staff wellbeing concerning their role and their workplace environment. It is hoped that this research highlights things which staff find positive about the workplace and things that could be changed/adapted to improve overall staff wellbeing. A research paper has been produced for this service evaluation.
