The Northern Hub for Veterans and Military Families Research in partnership with Fighting With Pride hosted the first annual conference on research with UK LGBT+ Veteran Community - taking place on the 12th January 2023 in celebration of the 23rd anniversary of the lifting of the UK Armed Forces LGBT+ ban. The conference brought together academics, the health and social care sector, local government, charities, the LGBT+ community and veterans to focus on the past, present day and future of LGBT+ veterans and their experiences during and after military service.| Period | 12 Jan 2023 |
