In this two-day workshop on Climate Change and Reparations, I gave an oral presentation discussing the role of human rights law in addressing climate-related harms. This workshop was held in the University of Montreal and on Zoom, sponsored by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canda (SSHRC) and Global Network for Human Rights the Environment (GNHRE).
