Written evidence submitted in conjunction with Kayliegh Richardson in response to questions 1 and 6 raised by the Home Affairs Committee’s Domestic Abuse Inquiry, considering (a) what further measures need to be taken to help prevent domestic abuse and (b) the key difficulties encountered by victims of domestic abuse in the justice system, and in particular in the family courts.
