Large biological data is becoming more and more common and its size and complexity make it increasingly more difficult to interpret. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is a technique for reducing the dimensionality of large data, facilitating interpretation while minimizing information loss. It is one of the most popular and commonly used techniques in Bioinformatics, but it is often seen as magic.
