Description of impact

Awarded £50,000 funding to develop and pilot a long arm supervision approach to NMC and HCPC practice placements – report sent to Regional and National HEE. ( See report in PURE) Impact was 1905 increase in adult nursing placement hours, , 2377 increase in children’s nursing practice hours, 1648 increase in MH nursing practice hours, 967 increase in LD nursing practice hours , 675 increase in physiotherapy practice hours and 1800 increase in OT practice hours. Finding from this report shared with NHS and publication currently under review.
