Description of impact
The 2016 review of indoor environmental quality and occupant well-being (Al Horr, Arif, Katafygiotou, Mazroei, Kaushik and Elsarrag, 2016) argued that indoor environmental quality must be considered from the design stage of a building. The REWARDHeat project, funded under Horizon 2020 to demonstrate low-temperature district heating and cooling across seven countries, published deliverable D3.2 "Customers' perspective on REWARDHeat solutions" in 2021, written by the Swedish research institute IVL. The deliverable cites the review in its account of indoor climate and comfort requirements when framing the customer survey. The deliverable is a public output of the project.| Category of impact | Environment, Practitioners and professional services |
