Description of impact
NICE and Local Government Association (LGA) endorsed FaME Implementation Toolkit reached 1,237 professionals across eight Local Authorities and eight NHS Trusts and resulted in the commissioning of 7 new FaME programmes across all four UK-nations (Singe 2024). The toolkit was funded by NIHR Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) East Midlands and provides a suite of resources that commissioners can use to plan, implement and monitor the FaME programme.| Category of impact | Practitioners and professional services, Public policy, law and services |
