Description of impact

Awarded £41,500 funding as PI to Introduce quality virtual learning experience placements for all Nursing fields, to gain knowledge and understanding of the 0-19 service to meet their proficiencies and skills annexes. Create learning opportunities with specialist services to enhance, develop and create awareness of MDT working and current challenges. Support students to develop their knowledge and skills around the local and national public health issues. Since Aug 22 have delivered the equivalent of 44,00 placement hours – ensuring that despite the pandemic and lack of placement opportunity all regional NMC gained essential experience and opportunity to meet NMC requirements.
