SIG convenor for Arts Based Research at British Educational Research Association (BERA)

Description of impact

I have advanced inclusive teacher education internationally through arts-based research and innovative pedagogy. As Lead Convenor of BERA's Arts-Based Educational Research SIG (2025-28), I co-lead the UK's foremost network for arts-based educational inquiry, shaping methodological dialogue and disseminating innovative approaches to international researchers. This involves conference programming, editing BERA Bites online publications, orchestrating knowledge exchange events with 50+ delegates disseminating arts-based research methodologies, and coordinating scholarly outputs. I also provide expert peer review for BERA. My pre-conference workshop 'collage as inquiry for educaitonal research' impacted 60 delegates from 12 countries across the globe.
