The Department of Leadership & Human Resource Management at Newcastle Business School is one of the largest of its type in the country, with over 60 academic staff. The Department’s supportive research environment has seen colleagues publishing cutting-edge research in internationally-leading journals, attracting research income, and create impact on policy and practice. We have research strengths in diverse areas, with groups focusing on critical management and organisation studies, leadership development and HRD, public policy and management, responsible business, and sustainable work futures
