Biography

Angela is a senior lecturer at Northumbria University in Sports Biomechanics and Sports Performance Analysis.  Previously Angela worked in the applied elite sport environment working at both the Australian Institute of Sport and the English Institute of Sport.

Her research interests include core training interventions, the use of virtual reality technologies to promote healthy lifestyles and optimising sports performance in a range of team and individual sports.
