Biography

I am Deputy Head of the Department of Psychology and lead of the Psychobiology, Stress & Well-being Research Group in the School of Health and Life Sciences. 

My research focusses on the development of occupational support strategies to reduce work related stress in frontline health & social care professionals. I am also interested in assessing the work related factors that impact occupational well-being and engage in research that aims to inform the development of social interventions to support the recovery of people with mental health diagnoses. I am also a Trustee Director at Waddington Street Mental Health Centre.
