Personal profile

Research interests

Originally my PhD research topic could be summarised down to three words: AI Drug Safety. The idea is to use AI to predict whether a proposed new drug or chemical is likely to be toxic to the liver, kidneys, heart, respiritory system etc.

My current thesis title is much longer, and I would need to draw some diagrams to explain it: Multi-Modal Representation Learning with Explainable AI for Predictive Modelling of Drug Toxicity and Chemical Safety.
