Imane’s industrial experience in various sectors in many countries increased her interest in International Management involving employees’ behaviour and how to challenge such behaviour through innovative practice. Imane's research interests focus mainly on organisations in the private sectors looking into IHRM, cross-cultural studies, Trust Building as well as Family businesses.
