Biography

Dr. Katharina Bader's research focusses on diversity management and expatriate management and her special interest lies in international and comparative studies. Before moving to the UK, she has lived and conducted research in several countries including Canada, Germany, India and Japan. Her studies have been published in international, peer-reviewed journals such as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Work Employment and Society and The International Journal of Human Resource Management and she has received several international awards for her research. Before her academic career, she gained experience in the private sector where she worked as a leadership development manager and a trainer.
