Luke Chambers is a computer scientist and legal scholar with degrees in both computer science and law, with his PhD exploring the use of AI computer vision in police intelligence and criminal evidence.
His specialism is in AI policy and regulation in policing, national security, defence, nuclear, and other high-risk use cases.
