Biography
Meng joined Northumbria University in March 2024 as a Lecturer in International Business at Newcastle Business School. She completed her PhD and MBA in International HRM.
Research interests
With a strong qualitative background, her research interests and expertise focus on the internationalisation of Chinese SOEs, expatriation and repatriation management, cross-cultural management, and Chinese migrant entrepreneurs and SMEs in African countries.
