Personal profile


Dr Roxana Corduneanu is a Lecturer in Leadership and Management. Her research examines the value of organisational rewards and their impact on motivation, using primarily a quantitative approach. Prior to joining Northumbria University, Roxana completed her PhD in Management at the University of Glasgow and was a Visiting Researcher at the University of Sydney. She received multiple awards for her work and has a track record of internationally-recognised publications in journals such as Public Management Review and Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting and Financial Management
