My research focuses on gender differences in career success, exploring which career resources are paramount for achieving satisfaction and financial success for men and women. Methodologies I employ include systematic review, quantitative longitudinal surveys, analysed with statistical techniques such as structural equation modelling.
I have completed a BSc (hons) in Psychology at Durham University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Northumbria University. I am also a freelance data analyst in an employee engagement consultancy, where I employ statistical analyses to inform large businesses how to promote their employees' engagement and wellbeing.
