Reimagining Safety: Insights from Zine-Making Workshops with Women from Marginalised Backgrounds This project aims to examine the perceptions of safety and well-being among women from marginalised, underrepresented, or under-served backgrounds, with a particular focus on their experiences within domestic and workplace environments. In partnership with Angelou Centre (https://angelou-centre.org.uk/), we are going to conduct two collaborative art workshops and one reflection session where participants engage in zine-making and storytelling. We plan to disseminate the findings through awareness campaigns, exhibitions, interdisciplinary research showcases, and academic publications, amplifying the voices and experiences of women from marginalised backgrounds while informing policy recommendations relating to workplace and domestic safety.
