Abstract

Organizational studies is a field in which is searched how organizations are
embedded, interaction with each other and how they similar or become
different. In this study; existence, formation and aim of social works and
services are dealt with in the context of social capital and social
entrepreneurship approaches. This study is aimed to find out some clues as to
which theories could explain to social works and services.
