Abstract
The article is based on three substantive sections: section 1 introduction; section 2 which provides a general overview of the social organisation of human trafficking in the UK; section 3, which describes the prof-its made from human trafficking and how these profits are spent and further invested; section 4, which deals with the good practices and challenges in relation to the financial investigation of human trafficking in the UK.
