Abstract
In 2011, an EU Framework for National Roma Integration invited member states to close the gaps between marginalised Roma communities and the general population. Research has highlighted significant inequalities in health outcomes and access to services among Traveller Communities. This research explored how, for whom and in what circumstances outreach works, to provide guidance for policy makers, commissioners and practitioners seeking to design and implement outreach interventions for Traveller Communities.
