Abstract

This article describes the potential of new and emerging learning technologies to promote excellence in learning and teaching and further seeks to respond positively to the key trends in learning technologies for the higher education community. Through this article, we hope to positively enrich the student experience with technology-enhanced learning opportunities that will best suit their individual needs. It is hoped this document can act as a point of reference in order that those responsible for the development of education are aware of and make use of technology that can support learning, teaching and assessment.
