Abstract

The present invention is to a thermosetting epoxy functional (meth)acrylate resin which when formulated into a powder coating composition, applied and cured to form a powder coating on a metal substrate, provides excellent filiform corrosion resistance, without impairing powder coating clarity or wet adhesion.
