Abstract

Quantitative inversion at the chiral sp3 hybridised carbon atoms in the octahedral tetracarbonyl tungsten(0) chelate complex of the C2 chiral diphosphine Ph2PCHArCHArPPh2 (Ar=2-pyridyl) occurs at moderately elevated temperatures.
