Abstract

Tools and technologies are developing to help us to simulate the cities and landscapes for visualization, analytical and information modeling purposes. This paper, as well as offering an overview of the issues with regards to merging virtual city and landscape models in order to visualize the urban environment as a whole, is investigating various stakeholder requirements in relation to the Virtual NewcastleGateshead (VNG)project.
