    Abstract

    When the Academic Practice Team at Northumbria University decided to organise an event with a focus on credit-bearing professional development in Higher Education Learning & Teaching, we knew that Masters and Doctorate programmes on Learning and Teaching in Higher Education were on the increase in the sector.
