Abstract

The rudimentary of data treatment was explained in this chapter. The difference between analogue and digital data was highlighted and explained. The methods for data treatment were described with examples. The different techniques for analyzing different types of data in environmental field work were illustrated. Special cases of data analysis in environmental studies were explained.
