Abstract

This interactive seminar will expose attendees to my main PhD data collection tool: the Diamond16. It is a hierarchy ranking tool, whereby participants are asked to rate certain lawyer knowledge, skills and attributes and place them in the form of a diamond on a predetermined board. Participants are encouraged to discuss the various cards and where they should be placed. It can also be used to measure other interests, such as wellbeing, student experience and the purpose of clinic. This seminar will introduce clinicians to a new method of teaching, research and development, for themselves and their students.
