    The book is aimed at information rights practitioners and those in public authorities charged with making decisions about the disclosure of environmental information. The coverage includes: an outline of the background and purpose of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004; an examination of the key definitions of environmental information and public authorities; a comprehensive discussion of the practical aspects of the regulations; an examination of the exceptions to disclossure and an analysis of the relationship between the EIR 2004 and the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
