abstract = "This document identifies key policy recommendations to promote vaccination amongst the nursing workforce. Three clusters of vaccination hesitancy were identified through a K-Clustering machine learning approach. This approach can be used to tailor specific campaigns and policy interventions with specific groups of nurses. In detail, our results highlighted that targeting younger early career nurses with a focus on vaccine safety is likely to improve vaccine uptake.",
