Abstract
This edited collection results partly from a conference entitled ‘Same-Sex Relationships: A New Revolutionary Era and the Influence of Legal and Social Change’ organised by Dr Frances Hamilton, Dr Guido Noto La Diega and Laura Graham of Northumbria University and hosted at Northumbria University on 10 September 2018. The continued and generous sponsorship of the Society of Legal Scholars made this conference possible, despite the cancellation and re-organisation of the conference following the ‘Beast from the East’ snowstorm.
