Abstract
An exhibition of work by the artist Kate Smith curated by Helen Baker which included work originally commissioned by Matts Gallery London and two video works as well as ten new works selected for the exhibition. David Burrows was commissioned to write an essay about Kates work and Baker wrote a short introduction for the catalogue.
The exhibition explored social and political assumptions that inform our sense of identity.
