Abstract

In this work, an optical wireless link for ground-to-train system is experimentally demonstrated in the laboratory. A line-of-sight (LOS)optical wireless link for ground-to-train communications is presented and the measured Q-factor performance along the rail track for the proposed prototype system is analysed.
