Abstract

This chapter shares some thoughts about some of his own experiences in activities with secondary school students and teachers in the United Kingdom. It presents ideas applicable in a range of contexts (not only in the UK) as well as suggesting reasons to engage with students and teachers (and others) and explore ideas about language and linguistics with them.
