Discusses Dell v 89 Holland Park (Management) Ltd (UT) on the interpretation of a "sweeping up" clause in the service charge provisions of a long residential lease and whether costs incurred by a freeholder litigating against development on neighbouring land were recoverable from the leaseholders' service charges.
