Abstract

This report critically evaluated clinical pathways for prisoners when they leave prison or transfer between prisons. It includes an analysis of current policies and institutional approaches, before moving on to explore key strengths and issues to address. The report concludes by setting out recommendations to support the ongoing improvement of clincial pathways.
