Abstract

The National Institute for Healthcare (NIHR) has conducted a review of the evidence on Staff Engagement within the NHS and have published a series of publications. This document on Measuring Employee Engagement and Interpreting Results includes an extensive discussion of how to use data effectively.

The National Institute for Healthcare (NIHR) commissioned IES in partnership with Kent Business School, Warwick Business School and the University of Tilburg, to conduct a review of the evidence on Staff Engagement within the NHS. The project resulted in a series of publications, all hosted on the NIHR website.

This report on Measuring Employee Engagement and Interpreting Results includes an extensive discussion of how to use data effectively.
