Abstract

The analysis of the different roles of the university organisation concerning equity and quality require an inclusive orientation that promotes a change from a view based on supporting particular categories of students, through temporary measures or special policies, to a perspective that analyses the issue of equity within institutional roles. The chapter examines how good practices can be achieved through a process of continuous improvement of the inclusive capacities of the entire organization.
