Considers Northwood Solihull Ltd v Fearn (QBD), on whether a corporate landlord was required to comply with the Companies Act 2006 s.44 in relation to notices under the Housing Act 1988 s.8 and tenancy deposit protection certificates, and Prempeh v Lakhany (CA), on whether the landlord's name and address must be included where a s.8 notice is signed by a landlord's agent.
