    Abstract

    The Equity Challenge Project is the collective author of this report; I led the team effort. This report documents the broad culture change project I created and led at Northumbria University's Faculty of Business & Law to advance equality and equity with respect to gender, LGBTQ+, race, and disability. We applied for, and were awarded, Bronze recognition for the gender equality benchmark Athena SWAN for this effort, acknowledging that we were making progress toward achieving greater equality and equity for women in the Faculty. This is the public version of the document, which is also available on the institutional website.
