Abstract
The state of the cultural hertage policies in relation to countries participating in the Regional Programme for Cultural and Natural Heritage of South-East Europe, taken together with the debate on legislative reform, as presented in this book, has culminated in a number of operational conclusions and key issues for further consideration.
